Returns Policy

Sensory Kids Limited is committed to providing high-quality sensory products that meet the needs of our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return an item. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and straightforward to make the return process as smooth as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our online store.

1. RETURN & REPLACEMENT

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging with all tags, labels.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by emailing hello@sensorykids.co with your order number, the reason for the return, and the photo(s) of quality issues and any damaged parts of the actual product received.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s) to us.
  3. Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a full refund or replacement.
  4. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
  5. Drop off the package at a local shipping carrier, and be sure to obtain a tracking number.

Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. If you are replacing a product, we will ship the new product to you free of charge.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the product(s) are defective or damaged upon receipt, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.

2. ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION

We typically start processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure you will receive it on time. As a result, once the order has been processed, certain information cannot be modified. Within 06 hours of placing your order, please reach us by emailing hello@senosrykids.co or via our Contact Form if you need to change any order details so that we can assist in making possible changes.

  • Contact our customer service team by emailing hello@sensorykids.co with your order number.
  • You may change the product variant and/or shipping address. If the new product variant or shipping address increases the value of the original order, an additional payment will be required.

If you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it, you will be held responsible for the payment fee (if incurred), which is non-refundable.

Cancellation beyond 06 hours after placing an order is not allowed. Once the order has been processed, our standard returns policy will apply. In case there is any inaccurate or insufficient information, such as an incorrect or inadequate address which prevents us from processing and/or delivering the order, we will notify you via your registered email.
