Returns Policy

Sensory Kids Limited is committed to providing high-quality sensory products that meet the needs of our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our online store.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team by emailing hello@sensorykids.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product(s) to us.
3. Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a full refund or exchange.
4. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
5. Drop off the package at a local shipping carrier, and be sure to obtain a tracking number.

Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. If you are exchanging a product, we will ship the new product to you free of charge.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the product(s) are defective or damaged upon receipt, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
